How We Are Governed

Structure & controls, by the numbers

Total membership cap under the Haryana Societies Act, 2012.

Pradhan, Sachiv and Koshadhyaksh, plus a 7-member executive committee.

Financial Controls

All receipts and payments move through bank instruments — DD, cheque, RTGS or UPI — per our bye-laws (Rule 8.10).
The Koshadhyaksh (Treasurer) maintains cash books, ledgers and records of all assets, deposits and liabilities.
Accounts are audited annually by a Chartered Accountant who is not a member of the society or a relative of any governing-body member.
Audited annual accounts are presented to the governing body and the general body at the Annual General Meeting.
The society's bank account is operated only by persons authorised by the executive committee.
